This conch is tender and tastes great.

We make a conch chowder that is great! It is easy to cook!

Our recipe is easy-
Saute onion til clear add to cut potatoes and celery-Add salt and pepper to taste-cook til potatoes are done-
thinly slice the conch while still partially frozen-when potatoes are done add milk butter and conch
If you want to thicken the soup mix flour or corn starch with water til lumps are gone-add slowly to potatoes before adding milk and butter.

Then get a bowl and enjoy!
